Orders received outside of these times, including public holidays and weekends, will be processed on the next working day. Please allow 1 - 2 working days for North Island delivery and 2 - 3 working days to the South Island. Please allow an extra working day for rural delivery. Orders to Australia will ship within 1 - 2 working weeks, all other countries will take 2 - 3 weeks. Delivery Address Please provide a physical street address as we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. You will need to sign for you order upon delivery so make sure it's an address you will be at during working hours. International Orders Orders that are shipped to countries outside of New Zealand may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. We will endeavor to deliver you order within 6 weeks from purchase date, any orders that can not be accepted within this time frame will be returned back to Huffer and subjected to return postage fees.
